How to Incorporate Promotional Models into Your Trade Show

The fundamental goal for any company exhibiting at a trade show is very simple; expand its customer base by effectively promoting its company/product while simultaneously capturing customer information.


For any given trade show there will be at least a dozen, and possibly hundreds of exhibitors all trying to capture the information of potential customers walking by their booth. To be more successful than your neighbor, you will need to create an atmosphere that draws-in potential clients. Promotional models are an ideal way to create an inviting atmosphere and are perfect for engaging customer, distributing promotional materials and gathering contact information.


Depending on the size of your booth, it is a good idea to send at least one or maybe two qualified sales personnel to work your booth and then look into hiring professional trade show models for additional assistance. Promotional models can help you by generating leads, pre-qualifying prospects, meeting and greeting clients, distributing promotional materials, gathering customer information, scanning badges and anything else you may need. Orange County Convention Center

Upcoming Events:

1. Southern Women's Show - Thursday October 8th through Sunday October 11th at the Orange County Convention Center. The show is open to the public, and admission is $10.00 at the door. Children under 6 enter free with a paying adult. The show features: food, fashion, shopping, celebrity guests, health, beauty, lifestyle, WKMG, and the best bet deals from under $25 dollars.

2. Central Florida International Auto Show - Thursday November 26th through Sunday November 29th at the Orange County Convention Center. Admission is $9.00 for adults (13+) and $5 for senior citizens. Special attractions include the Miss Hawaiian Tropic model search and DUB magazine's celebrity car showcase. The Miss Hawaiian Tropic pageant brings the most beautiful women in the world together all on one stage. The pageant is on Saturday October 17th at 3pm.

3. Performance Racing Industry - Thursday December 10th through Saturday December 12th at the Orange County Convention Center. This event is not open to the public. The PRI Trade Show is designed for individuals and businesses involved in the racing industry. The expo offers an industry round table discussion, a motor sports business forum, management seminars, charity sweepstakes, and a 2-day stock car setup seminar.
